BrickLink's official Series 9 page confirms the Sleepy Dragon Inn at $269.99. Preorders open October 6 at 8:00 a.m. Pacific / 11:00 a.m. Eastern, limited to two per household. Production only happens if the project clears 3,000 preorders.
Series 9 crowdfunding closes October 12 at 3:00 p.m. Pacific, or sooner if sets sell out.

2. The Legend of the Sea Serpent clears 10K, heads to Ideas review
This medieval-fantasy set has officially reached 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas and moved into the review phase. Brick Fanatics reports 4,997 pieces, two minifigures, a rowboat, a seagull, and a large serpent display piece.
LEGO's Review Board is now evaluating whether the project becomes an official set — no decision timeline yet.
