1. Sea Serpent’s shield is expected November 3—but North America won’t get every part
We previously reported that the Sea Serpent’s Castle parts would arrive later in the year. Now there’s a more specific plan—and important differences for U.S. and Canadian collectors.
New Elementary reports that about 70 elements from July sets are planned for Pick a Brick on Tuesday, November 3. The Castle highlights come from the 40912 Sea Serpent gift-with-purchase set:
Shield 6627638: expected November 3, including the U.S. and Canada, with a temporary limit of 20.
Assembled torso 6627742: expected in North America in December at the earliest, with a temporary limit of 20.
Fabric sail 6618122: not expected in North America. Where offered, its temporary limit is 10.
The temporary limits apply globally; the source does not specify whether they operate per order or per account. Four elements—including the torso and three Classic Space pieces—are expected to reach North America in December; the sail is a separate exception.
For collectors planning purchases, remember that existing Standard pieces become unavailable starting Monday, November 2, during the North American warehouse transition. Don’t assume you can combine those purchases with November’s new arrivals.
