2 Things Castle Collectors Should Know Today
Verified LEGO Castle news, deals, parts, and collector intelligence — in 2–3 minutes.
1. Horse Knight Castle hits 35% off — but only in the UK
LEGO Creator 3-in-1 Medieval Horse Knight Castle (31168) has hit its lowest reported UK price yet, according to Brick Fanatics.
The £109.99 set was listed at £80 on Amazon UK, with an additional voucher bringing the price to £72 — approximately 35% off.
The extra discount requires selecting the voucher on the Amazon UK listing before adding the set to the basket. Brick Fanatics reported the offer on October 14; the £72 checkout price has not been independently reconfirmed today and may no longer be available.
For Castle collectors, this is especially interesting because the 1,371-piece set includes Horse Knight and Serpent Knight minifigures, useful medieval building pieces, and three different building options.
For U.S. collectors: This is not a confirmed American discount. The regular U.S. retail price remains $129.99. A UK markdown doesn't guarantee a similar sale here, but it's a meaningful international pricing benchmark as holiday shopping approaches.
If this Castle is on your wish list, it's a set worth watching closely for a U.S. price drop.

2. Sleepy Dragon Inn tops 37,000 preorders — without selling out
BrickLink Designer Program Series 9 crowdfunding has ended, and Sleepy Dragon Inn (910070) was its biggest seller.
According to Brick Fanatics, the Castle-themed model reached 37,040 preorders shortly before the October 12 deadline, placing it sixth among the program's historical bestsellers in the publication's comparison.
Sleepy Dragon Inn was the only Series 9 model to receive an increased production allocation, rising from 30,000 to 40,000 copies. Even with that expansion, it was still roughly 3,000 orders below the new ceiling in the reported snapshot.
These numbers come from publicly accessible BrickLink website data shortly before crowdfunding closed, rather than an independently confirmed final sales report.
For Castle collectors, the result provides another strong indication of demand for medieval LEGO designs.
The next crowdfunding opportunity arrives February 1, 2027, at 11 AM Eastern, when BrickLink Designer Program Series 10 opens.
